The Policy Board of PAS defines the strategic orientation
of PAS. Its members are representatives of business
entities and the members of the Executive Board of PAS.
The initial constitution of the Policy Board was set
by the founder of PAS, the Centre for Economic Development.
The Policy Board decides on the release of existing
and acceptance of new members according to the defined
criteria. The Policy Board monitors the business environment
in Slovakia, approves or modifies the annual action
plan of PAS, participates primarily in the organisation
of ad hoc activities of PAS and elects the President
and Vice-president of PAS from its membership base.
