Mgr. Ivan Gašperec, LL.M.
Je absolventom Právnickej Fakulty Univerzity Komenského v Bratislave a University of Amsterdam. Cenné skúsenosti získal počas svojho posobenia na Ministerstve financií Slovenskej republiky ako hlavný štátny radca na Odbore štátnej pomoci ako aj počas svojho posobenia v Európskej komisii na Generálnom riaditeľstve súťažného práva. V súčasnosti je partnerom v advokátskej kancelárii Nomus, s.r.o. a posobí tiež ako predseda správnej rady Asociácie distribútorov koncernu VW.
He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava and the University of Amsterdam. He gained valuable experience during his tenure at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic as chief state adviser in the Department of State Aid, as well as during his tenure at the European Commission at the General Directorate of Competition Law. Currently, he is a partner in the Nomus, s.r.o. law office. and also serves as chairman of the board of directors of the Association of Distributors of the VW concern.
